The skills needed for successful reading, learning, eye-hand coordination, and navigating through space are a lot more complex, and require an ability of the eyes and brain to work efficiently as a team.

Most children have no idea HOW they are supposed to see. So when words move on a page, or are blurry and hard to recognize, they assume everyone sees the same way they do. Imagine how frustrating that would be! Meeting all developmental milestones for vision development is incredibly important, as this sets an individual up for success in school, sports, job placement, and everything in between.
